  • Do you design and create custom jewelry?

Yes. We are custom design specialists. We are here to assist you in the creation of a custom jewelry piece. Simply bring in your ideas, sketches, pictures or other inspiration and we’ll help you realize your dreams of making your custom piece come to life. Whether it’s a custom wax, tattoo, idea, drawing or a hand-crafted design, we have the skill and experience to make it perfect. We are excited to bring it to life :)

  • Sizing details

We do our best to add any sizing and or other options in my listings. If for any reason you need to change size, font, style etc. We are happy to accommodate it. Contact us with any questions.

  • Care instructions

All metals will somewhat tarnish over time. We will provide a free polishing cloth to all my orders so you are able to keep your special treasure in tip-top condition.

  • What metals do you use?

We use a wide variety of metals ranging from sterling silver (.925), pure fine silver (.999), copper, Argentium silver and brass.

  • Gift wrapping and packaging

Although all of our treasures are boxed in a beautiful jewelry box with a ribbon, you can contact me if you need a personal note for your friend or loved one.

  • Do you warranty your Jewelry?

We are extremely proud of our quality and craftsmanship. We provide a lifetime warranty on our created jewelry. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and includes any repair work necessary to bring the jewelry back to its original condition. Excluded are Chains/Necklaces. This warranty does not cover any damage to the jewelry due to misuse or neglect. If you need to make a claim, please contact us for further instructions.

  • Do you offer complimentary jewelry cleaning?

Yes. Please send your Jewelry back to us for complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection. You are responsible for shipping costs and insuring your package both ways.

  • Wholesale availability?

Some of our items are available for wholesale to boutiques and galleries. Please contact us about the pieces you are interested in and the quantity of each. 

  • Do you offer Returns or Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact us within: 2  days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
